KBC has developed an integrated Management Information system, which enables us to conduct business diagnosis faster, and develop action plans. The programme is a structured methodology applied by trained Business Advisors aimed at identifying collaboratively with the client’s specific critical issues hampering the success of the enterprise. Specific action plans are then developed collaboratively with the client to address these critical issues. The counselor and the client identify areas where the counselor will assist with the implementation of the agreed plans.
All the activities of the Programme are undertaken as part of an agreed milestone structure. Milestones are designed to focus counseling action on critical issues. These milestones have defined outcomes and are managed and priced accordingly, so that clients and sponsors are assured of the productive results. This process allows for the managing of the aftercare programme.
The process addresses causes rather than symptoms. Typically, owners of SMME’s believe that their overriding problem is inadequate funding. Invariably, this is symptomatic of deeper issues and the process gets to the heart of these. The Program is outcome driven. Tangible and measurable results must be produced, benefits must be assessed and the value for money must be achieved.
