Mr. K. Maupa exemplifies KBC Management Consultants’ commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance. He is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.
For his earlier career he worked for Small Business Development Corporation SBDC now known as Business Partners, as a Business Development Manager for 3 years, then joined Absa as a Credit Analyst. Nedbank then recruited him as Credit Manager, where he worked for 3 years. After that he joined IDC as a Business Analyst for two years. With the vast knowledge and experience gained over these years, he started his own company called Kagiso Business Consultants (KBC). He was the Managing Director for KBC for 15 years. This company changed name to KBC Management Consultants in 2012, in order to avoid potential legal dispute with Kagiso Trust who indicated that they have a trademark registered on the name “Kagiso”.
Mr. K. Maupa holds a B.Com degree, and Advanced International SMME Development Diploma from University of Lingkoping in Sweden. He was one of the founder members of the Institute of Business Advisors. BSSA, Khula Finance Enterprise and The Institute of Business Advisors also accredit him as an “Experienced Mentor”.
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Joseph Tshiwilowilo is the Chief Financial Officer
He holds a B. Com Degree from Unisa, Advanced Certificate in Taxation from RAU currently known as University of Johannesburg. He also holds numerous Certificates for short courses. He is a registered member of SAICA/SAIPA. He is responsible for overseeing the Accounting Procedures, Budgeting, Statutory Compliance, Management Accounts and Financial Statements of the company. As the CFO continues to evolve, he advance KBC’s growth or improve its competitive position by identifying the key constraints holding it back, and then using finance to free it from those constraints. In other words, as the CFO he is not just a strategist, but a pragmatic strategist.
He worked for Latin Engineering as a Bookeeper for a period of 6 years then joined Swift Engineering (Pty) Ltd
for four years as an Accountant, After that he worked as Group Head Office Accountant for Henred Fruehauf Trailers (Pty) Ltd reporting to the Group Financial Director for five years.

Mr. Bhekumuzi Ngcobo is Chief Operations Officer of KBC Management Consultants
Mr. B Ngcobo holds a B.com degree and MBA from the University of Durban Westville. For his earlier career he worked for three years with Small Business Development Agency as a Chief Business Advisor in the field of small business financing and linkages with established businesses. He then joined Sugar Milling Research Institute as a Corporate Services Manager for four years in charge of finance, procurement, risk, IT, corporate governance, HR, company secretariat and other commercial components of the business. After leaving Sugar Milling Research Institute, he was employed as Head of Supply Chain for a division of Transnet for a period close to nine years. He also has worked as an accountant and company secretary for a Tongaat Textile.
As the Chief Operations Officer, he is responsible for determining needs, reducing costs and analyzing areas requiring improvement. He is also responsible for maximizing efficiency and improving profitability. Directs and coordinates financial and budget processes. He also typically establishes and implements organizational goals, procedures and policies. Supervises human resource activities, such as determining staffing requirements, interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Additionally, his role is to participate in sales activities, including developing a service mix, setting pricing and determining customer demand through data analysis.
